Online Returns Policy

Goods bought online can be returned for a refund provided they are returned in the same condition they were sold within 30 days of the date of purchase. You may return your item(s) directly to our store or you may return the item(s) by post, at your own cost. For our record purposes, kindly produce your email receipt or proof of purchase. You will be refunded within the next 10 to 15 business days to the account you have made your purchase from. Our usual refund policy does not apply to perisable food, cut fabrics and ribbons, and gas fuels, which cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders will be ready for collection on the same day or the following day. During busy times especially festive season, this may change.

We understand the busy lifestyles of our customers and this service allows you to shop online and collect your purchases at a time of your convenience, at no additional charge.

Due to space contraints at our modest shop, we kindly advise all our customers to collect your purchases within one week of purchase, at our local store on 28 Wicklow Street, during opening hours. If you are unable to collect within the week, kindly notify us by phone or email as soon as possible to arrange a suitable collection time.

E-Gift Vouchers

All Gift Vouchers purchased through The Kitchen Whisk online store are now delivered via e-mail to the recipient's e-mail address. E-Gift Vouchers can be used online or at our store on 28 Wicklow Street. E-Gift Vouchers can be used partially, any remainders will be stored until your next purchase with an expiry date up to 5 years from the date of purchase. All E-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Spend €150* and receive free shipping within the Republic of Ireland. We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only, we are unable to deliver internationally at this time.

Standard Delivery (ROI only)

*If you think the item you are about to purchase would fit in an envelope and letterbox, and if the item or order is neither fragile nor could be damaged easily, we could arranged your order to be posted via local postal service for only the cost of a local postage stamp at €1.40. Kindly give us a call at 01 6753722 to place your order via phone.  Please note we will not be liable for any losses or damages to deliveries with this option.
