A butter bell, also known as a butter keeper, is a two-piece butter dish. It keeps the butter fresh on your counter while also providing the perfect spreadable consistency. The butter goes into the bell shaped lid which is then placed in the crock that is filled with a little water. You can now enjoy spreadable "pure" Irish butter all the time!
