As with the original EVAK, only glass and stainless steel contact your food. No harsh plastics. EVAK COMPACT is made from the highest quality borosilicate glass and stainless steel—the parts that come in contact with your food. The handle is made from super strong ABS with LFGB European grade silicone gaskets and valves.
