Price of goods

The Price listed on the website “the price” for The Kitchen Whisk products “the products” will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices of goods for any increase/decrease in our supplier’s prices or the charge of any new taxes or duties, or due to an error the price of the product on the website is incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer an exchange or a credit note if you find the product is unsatisfying within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product returned must be as you received it, in new and unused condition in original packaging. It is our policy to return products to the buyer if we find the product has been used. We can cancel or change an order up until it is dispatched. If a product is damaged or faulty you can contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items includes gift vouchers, perishable goods such as food, cut fabrics and ribbons, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Gift Vouchers

The Kitchen Whisk Gift Vouchers can be purchased online at www.thekitchenwhisk.ie or in-store on 28 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2. Our gift vouchers are smart e-vouchers that can be redeemed both online and in-store using a unique code, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift vouchers purchased online are dispatched via email directly to the recipient's email address with instructions to redeem at checkout, and incur no additional processing fee. Additional information:

• gift vouchers are valid for and must be used within 5 years from the date of purchase
• any balance or unused value may be carried forward in your next purchase within the 5 years
• gift vouchers may be automatically terminated or considered void upon expiry or when amount is fully used

Termination

We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your account for violation of the letters or spirit of these terms.
